Lisa is a native Vermonter who grew up in Fairfax and continues to reside there with her husband, Don.  After graduating from the Center for Technology – Essex dental assisting program in 1993, Lisa has spent almost her entire dental career in this office!  Over the years she has helped out in many different areas including assisting with general dentistry and sleep apnea.  Today she enjoys working mainly in the front office.  Lisa is a mother of four grown children and has seven grandchildren.  In her spare time she enjoys being outside walking with her dog, Bama, playing with her grandchildren, or working in her flower gardens.  Vacationing with her husband, especially anywhere warm with a beach, is also something she enjoys.

Cory joined the Niles Kenworthy team in June 2019.  As a gradute of UVM’s Dental Hygiene program in 2002, she has enjoyed her career in dentistry for many years, and hopefully many more to come!
Cory’s childhood in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont gave her a great love of anything having to do with the outdoors and nature – from skiing to snorkeling and everything in between.  She now lives in Colchester with her husband and 2 teenage children.

Chris began his dental career 22 years ago in a Burlington office working as a dental assistant.  After earning his bachelors degree from the University of Vermont, he returned to school to achieve his degree in Dental Hygiene from Vermont Technical College and has continued to work as a hygienist ever since.

For the last five years, in addition to working as a hygienist, he has been an occasional substitute instructor at the Center for Technology, Essex in the dental assisting program. He enjoys teaching students about the dental field and helping them in the school clinical setting.
When not in the dental office, Chris enjoys time with his family doing all the things Vermont has to offer, from recreating on Lake Champlain to skiing in the winter.  He currently resides in Essex with his wife and daughter.

Jane is a native Vermonter, born and raised in Burlington.  She graduated in 1978 from the University of Vermont’s Dental Hygiene program.  She and her husband, Tom, reside in Essex and have two grown children nearby.  Jane enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, reading, baking and gardening.  She especially enjoys relaxing with Oceanside vacations at Cape Cod, Maine, and Florida.

Through her twenty-five years as a Dental Hygienist with this office, she has had the opportunity to meet many wonderful patients and see many of her young patients grow into men and women with exciting careers and families of their own.  She feels privileged to be an integral part of such a caring dental team.

Dental Hygiene has been Mary’s passion for the past 40 years!  She graduated Cum Laude, from the UVM School of Dental Hygiene in 1976 and then continued on for her B.S. degree in Human Development/Health Education in 1978.  She soon became active in the VT Dental Hygienists’ Association, serving on many committees, in leadership positions and serving as their President from 2009-2010.  She has also served on the VT Board of Dental Examiners, Northeast Regional Board of Dental Examiners, and Commission on Dental Competency Assessments.  Mary currently divides her professional life as a Dental Hygienist at Niles Kenworthy Dental and as a Clinical Dental Hygiene Instructor at the VT Technical College Dental Hygiene Program.  Her other interests include instrumental music, walking/hiking (especially in the Southwest, USA!), flower gardening, reading, crafting, kayaking and paddle boarding.  For the past 15 years, she has enjoyed volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House Charities at their Family Room on Baird 5 – UVM Medical Center.  Summer weekends are spent relaxing on Lake Champlain at her camp in Grand Isle.  Join us in congratulating Mary on her receipt of the 2014 Vermont Dental Hygienist of the Year Award!
